Process Systems and Controls has formed an informal agreement with Chemex Modular to offer a heavy-oil conversion system that will manufacture very-low-sulphur bunker fuel to meet upcoming EPA requirements. The anticipated delivery of this process system is six to nine months, which is much faster than past process systems.
