PITTSBURGH — PPG Industries’ protective and marine coatings (PMC) business has launched PPG HI-TEMP 222G high temperature coating that protects substrates from corrosion under insulation (CUI) and can be applied directly to hot surfaces up to 400 F. PPG HI-TEMP 222G coating is a single-component product, requiring fewer cans of paint and no mixing, and thereby reducing labor costs.
