With this new agreement, HAWS will now serve as the primary source for instant steam-heated tepid water systems and is pleased to offer the updated AXION® Steam Water Heater. This HAWS model 9400 will be available to ship in the fourth quarter of 2014 and offers all the great features of the original product as well as innovative new features, including:
- ASSE 1071-certified mixing valve designed for safety shower and eyewash applications to deliver 80 F (27 C) water.
- Over-temperature bleeder valve on the outlet to ensure water temperatures are below the ANSI Z358.1 defined maximum temperature of 100 F (38 C).
- Steam bleed valve allowing the unit to be installed in temperatures down to -30 F (-34 C).
