Cory Moss has been promoted from VP and GM in Texas City, Texas, to regional VP of refinery operations in San Antonio.
He has held several leadership roles with Valero, including maintenance director, director of engineering and project development, complex manager and planning and economics manager. Previously, Moss served as a process and planning and economics engineer with CITGO.
