Julio Rodriguez was recently named senior site director with Lubrizol Deer Park, in addition to joining the Board of Directors with the East Harris County Manufacturers Association (EHCMA).

Rodriguez brings more than 30 years of global experience in manufacturing, logistics, supply chain and continuous improvement across multiple international markets. He was previously site director for the Texas City site for INEOS, and held key roles with Ascend Performance Materials, Olin Corp. and Dow.
