The PVF Roundtable entered 2026 with tremendous energy and our first half of the year has already proven this organization continues to grow in both impact and opportunity.
From leadership expansion and young professionals’ success to sold-out events and educational advancement, the year is shaping up to be one of our strongest yet.
We are proud to congratulate Dawn Witt on her election as Director of the PVF Roundtable. Dawn’s leadership, dedication to our industry and commitment to strengthening the PVF community make her an outstanding addition to the board. As we continue expanding our mission, strong leaders like Dawn help ensure we remain focused on serving members while investing in the future.
That future was on full display in January as our young professionals group kicked off the year with a fantastic social event. The turnout and enthusiasm showed exactly why this program is so important. Bringing together the next generation of PVF leaders, creating new relationships and connecting young professionals with seasoned industry experts remains one of the Roundtable’s greatest strengths.
In February, the PVF Roundtable hosted another hugely successful Cocktails & Commerce Tabletop Show at Bayou City Event Center. The event was completely sold out and delivered an incredible evening of networking, business development and member engagement. Member companies showcased their businesses, strengthened partnerships, and built new opportunities across the PVF sector. The momentum was so strong that next year’s event is already more than 50% sold; a clear sign of the value this premier event delivers to our membership and industry.
March brought another major success with the Young Professionals Clay Shoot. With perfect weather, strong participation and outstanding sponsor support, the event was a tremendous day for shooters while raising even more money for the schools we support. Events like this highlight what makes the PVF Roundtable unique, combining networking and leadership development with philanthropy in ways that directly benefit our industry and communities.
This quarter, we are especially proud to announce the addition of College of the Mainland in Texas City, Texas, to our growing list of supported schools. Expanding our scholarship and educational reach is one of the most meaningful ways we can invest in the future workforce of the PVF and energy industries. By supporting more students and institutions, we are helping develop tomorrow’s leaders while strengthening the industries we serve.
As we reflect on the first quarter of 2026, one thing is clear: the PVF Roundtable is building on its legacy while boldly moving forward. We are growing leadership, strengthening our young professionals, delivering sold-out events, raising scholarship funds and expanding educational opportunities.
The momentum continued beyond the first quarter with our sold-out golf tournament delivering another outstanding success for the PVF Roundtable, while our Midland and Beaumont Socials expanded our reach and brought together members across key Texas markets. These events showcased the strength of our community and the continued growth of the PVF Roundtable across the state.
