Instead, the workforce rallies into extremely diverse, cross-functional (and cross-cultural) teams and competes against each other in a host of activities integrating their circle of solutions with their most prized resources — their people.
With over 10 countries represented and a broad range of skills, it seemed only fitting to host the very first Nexus Olympics. A mixture of competencies and cultures were assembled into teams that spent 70 percent of the event in competition. Winners won bragging rights and a cash reward.
