The Brock Group employees recently participated in ExxonMobil's Baton Rouge Plastics Plant/Finishing Plant United Way Jambalaya Cook-Off as a way to kick off its United Way campaign.
For the past three years, the Exxon maintenance electricians have placed first in the competition. With this year's theme being "Who will bring it to the Jambalaya Cook-Off?," 15 teams participated in the event to bring home the title.
After a number of hours cooking, Brock team members Jeff Paxton, Kevin Anthony, Tony Smith and Seth Lemoine placed first and were given the paddle for the best jambalaya.
