OSLO, Norway — Svein Tore Holsether joined Yara International ASA as president and CEO in September. Most recently, Holsether served as president and CEO of Sapa Group.
Torgeir Kvidal, who has served as acting CEO since October 2014, will resume his previous position as chief financial officer.
