Turner Industries Group has added Russell Carter to its business development team.
After a 15-year career in sourcing and procurement, Russell Carter will be responsible for business development for industrial maintenance services in the greater Houston region.
Before joining Turner, Carter managed the procurement of skilled craft and plant maintenance services for industrial plants across North America.
