Mathew Davis has joined WOSL for Phillips 66 as general manager, bringing 30 years of industry experience to the role.

Davis previously spent 23 years at bp’s Kingsbury Terminal 16 followed by seven years with Shell. In his new position, he will lead WOSL while building relationships across the organization and supporting the business and its team.
