WASHINGTON — Gregory J. Goff, chairman, president and CEO of Tesoro Corp., was recently named chairman of the board at AFPM. Goff, who is also the chairman and CEO of Tesoro Logistics LP, most recently served as vice chairman of AFPM’s Executive Committee and assumes the responsibilities of outgoing Chairman David L.
