Marlon Green has assumed the role of senior HR manager with LyondellBasell.

During his 13 years with the company, he has held positions including HR manager, manager of diversity, equity and inclusion and other managerial and support roles. Prior to his most recent tenure at LYB, Green worked with Gerson Lehrman Group and Pennzoil, as well as earlier roles with LYB.
