Mark Ferguson is serving as director of marketing with Ironclad, bringing extensive experience in brand development, digital strategy and sales enablement.
He is known for translating customer insights and market trends into clear, impactful messaging and campaigns that support business growth. Ferguson will lead Ironclad’s marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning and support the company’s commercial growth in 2026. He previously served as creative director with Wild Rabbit Consulting.
Jason Banks has joined Ironclad as VP of national accounts. He brings more than 15 years of experience in the waste management and rental industries and will lead Ironclad’s national accounts team. Banks was previously VP of sales with United Site Services and held sales leadership roles with Waste Management and Oakleaf Waste Management.
