DEER PARK, Texas — HydroChem LLC has hired Aaron Rook to be the manager of its new service line, new construction commissioning services (NCCS). Rook previously worked in new construction commissioning services internationally, both as a client and as a service company representative. His first involvement in large-scale projects was in 1996, and he worked continuously overseas executing multibillion-dollar projects from 2003 to 2013.
