Dual mode nitrogen pump

The dual mode pump is a versatile solution for refinery and plant facilities. Compliant with California Air Resources Board/EPA Tier 2 emission standards, the dual mode pump operates at a wide range of pump rates and pressures, and is adaptable to both open-flame and closed-flame environments.
The pump’s drive engines are equipped with emergency shutdown devices for high-pressure, high-temperature environments and spark arrestors to eliminate potential ignition sources. The pumps are driven via safe hydraulics with no chains, belts or pulleys to provide smoother, more efficient movements.
CES’ units are very unique in that they are designed with dual pumps and two methods of nitrogen vaporization. Either can be used depending on the environment and rates required. Also, the heat recovery system delivers up to 180,000 standard cubic feet to provide significant fuel savings.
