The EPA issued a final GHG permit to Natgasoline to build a $1 billion gas-to-gasoline facility in Nederland, Texas. Natgasoline is planning to build two units — a 1.75-million-metric-ton-per-year methanol plant and a methanol-to-gasoline plant that will produce 8 million barrels of gasoline per year. Natgasoline will use natural gas as its feedstock.
