A fire broke out in a resin unit near Shell’s Deer Park, Texas, facility Tuesday evening. Via Houston’s KTRK, the unit is owned by plastic producer Hexion. Shell’s emergency response team helped extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported and there was no chemical release as a result of the fire.
