In his new position as president and CEO, Dohmann is responsible for leading and managing all facets of the business, refining and executing the company’s strategic growth plan. He is also tasked with leading profitable growth of the business, providing direction and supervision to the leadership team and employees. He is also responsible for developing the existing leadership team and supplementing it with new hires as needed.
