Howard Energy has closed a successful open season for its proposed Dos Aguilas pipeline system, which will transport refined products from Corpus Christi, Texas, to northern Mexico. The $500 million pipeline is expected to be in service in the first half of 2018 pending government approvals.
Dos Aguilas will comprise four separate pipelines. The first will deliver products from the refineries in Corpus Christi to Laredo, where they will be distributed to northern Mexico markets via Nueva Laredo, Tamaulipas, and Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
