DEER PARK, Texas — Wycoff Development and Construction LLC (WDC) recently broke ground on a new master planned business park located at Highway 225 and Independence Parkway in Deer Park. The 15-acre site will include 5,000- to 15,000-square-foot, build-to-suit buildings for lease.
