HOUSTON — T.A. Cook Consultants recently opened two offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong. The move comes as the first step of the company’s outlined strategy to develop its international reach in Asia, in particular Greater China.
Philip Morel, managing partner, will lead the group’s activities in the region where he will focus on expanding the company’s client base in the chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, and utility industries together with local partners and teams.
