DENVER — The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment has recognized PSC Industrial Outsourcing LP for its outstanding environmental achievements. The 14th Annual Environmental Leadership Awards were presented by the department — in cooperation with the Pollution Prevention Advisory Board and the Colorado Environmental Partnership — at the Seawell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for Performing Arts.
The awards recognized Colorado organizations with gold, silver and bronze designations for voluntarily going beyond compliance with state and federal regulations and for their commitment to continual environmental improvement.
PSC received both a Bronze Achiever Award for its work using PSC Rhino™ technology to reduce equipment idling emissions at a Colorado refinery and the Silver Partner Award for its comprehensive Environmental Management System, “Fresh Start.”
