HOUSTON — Stephen A. Colville has resigned as president and CEO of The International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC), and IADC has appointed IADC 20-year veteran Jason E. McFarland as interim president. He most recently served as vp since 2008 and chief of staff since 2013.
