PBF Energy has repaired and restarted an FCCU at its Delaware City, Delaware, refinery that was damaged by a fire on Aug. 21. Via Delaware Online, PBF reduced its projected third-quarter production range by 10,000 barrels per day in the wake of the incident, which resulted in some systems running at reduced rates. The disruption also prompted PBF to move forward with the overhaul of a crude processing unit and another system at the refinery.
