Tesoro has completed unplanned maintenance at the Wilmington portion of its Los Angeles refinery, Reuters reports. A spokesman said the refinery resumed normal operations on Saturday. Tesoro has performed both planned and unplanned work on the Wilmington and Carson portions of the refinery in the past three months.
Last month the company announced it had pushed back the finish date of a project to integrate the Wilmington and Carson refineries from early 2017 to mid-2017.
