Horton joins Chevron’s Board of Directors

Chevron announced that Thomas W. Horton has joined its Board of Directors as an independent director and has been appointed to the Board Audit Committee.

Horton is a partner with Global Infrastructure Partners and was a senior advisor with private-equity investor Warburg Pincus. He previously served as chairman with American Airlines Group and as chairman, CEO and president with both American Airlines and AMR Corp.
