Valero Port Arthur refinery
Valero reported a process unit upset at its Port Arthur, Texas, refinery earlier this week, the Wall Street Journal reports. According to a filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the unit upset led to excess flaring emissions of sulfur dioxide on Sunday afternoon.
