Pro-Surve is the joint venture partnership of Capitol Ultrasonics of Baton Rouge, La., and experienced industry leaders Don Brou and James “Chezo” Cesarini. Pro-Surve’s main office is in Houston. Capitol will continue its mission statement in the Baton Rouge-New Orleans MetroPlex and east while Pro-Surve will serve the Texas Gulf Coast and west.
