HOUSTON — Custom Air Products & Services Inc. (CAPS) recently made a discretionary contribution to its 401K plan. This marks the 10th consecutive year it has made an additional discretionary contribution into the plan in addition to the 4-percent company match that has been part of the plan since 2007. Since 2005, CAPS has made company contributions of over $2.5 million, and currently the plan has a total value in excess of $6.25 million.
“This 10-year milestone of funding an additional contribution, in addition to the company match of up to 4 percent based on an employee contribution of 5 percent, continues to demonstrate the commitment of the company to our team here,” said Bob Love, CAPS’ CFO. “The design of this plan has made it an enormous benefit over the years, which very few other companies, regardless of size or industry, provide.”
