Delta Air Lines’ Philadelphia-area refinery has reached a deal with local United Steelworkers union members that will prevent a walkout at the plant, Reuters reports. Delta subsidiary Monroe Energy and the union issued a joint statement saying the two sides had reached a tentative agreement on “all local issues,” including wages and benefits.

Lead industry negotiator Shell and the United Steelworkers are set to return to the negotiating table today.
