Neal named chairman of Economic Alliance Houston Port Region

Charles Neal, GM polyvinyl alcohol (PVOH) with Kuraray America, has been named chairman of the Economic Alliance Houston Port Region for the 2026-2027 term.

In his role with Kuraray, Neal is responsible for all aspects of the company’s PVOH business unit, including manufacturing, sales, logistics and technical services.
