ISS promotes Ballard as CEO

Heath Ballard now serves as CEO of Industrial Specialty Services (ISS), where he leads the company’s strategic growth and operational performance.

He joined the company in 2023 as president and COO and brings more than 20 years of experience in operations and sales in the energy and heavy industrial sectors. Ballard holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and is a former U.S. Marine Corps officer.
