BATON ROUGE, Louisiana — Clay LeBlanc has been named senior vice president of Brown & Root Industrial Services’ Turnaround Services Division. LeBlanc has held management and senior management positions in industrial services organizations for more than 28 years. He will play a major role in management and operations within Brown & Root’s turnaround services organization.
