Honored to lead: The next chapter for PVF Roundtable

by

As I step into my role as president of the PVF Roundtable, I do so with both gratitude and a strong sense of responsibility.

This organization has played a meaningful role in my professional life, just as it has for so many across the PVF industry. PVF Roundtable has always been more than a networking group. It is a community built on relationships, shared knowledge and a commitment to moving our industry forward.

My goal as president is not to reinvent who we are, but to strengthen the foundation that has made PVF Roundtable successful for decades. We will continue to focus on creating meaningful opportunities for connection, where members can build real relationships, not just exchange business cards. Our events will remain welcoming, engaging and relevant, while continuing to evolve with the needs of our membership.

A key priority moving forward is member value. That means being intentional about how we engage manufacturers, distributors, service companies and endusers alike. We want every member, new or long-standing, to clearly understand the value of their involvement and to feel that their time, investment and participation truly matter.

Another important focus will be connecting our members to the schools we sponsor. Our industry is facing a generational transition, and PVF Roundtable is uniquely positioned to help bridge that gap. Through continued scholarship support, partnerships with local colleges and technical programs and stronger engagement with young professionals, we will work to ensure the next generation sees PVF as a dynamic, rewarding career path.

Philanthropy will also remain a large part of who we are. Giving back to students, schools and our broader community is not just something we do; it's part of our identity. We will continue to support causes that strengthen the future of our industry and reflect the values we share as members.

Most importantly, PVF Roundtable will remain a member-driven organization. I welcome feedback, ideas and involvement from all corners of our membership. Strong organizations are built through collaboration, transparency and shared ownership — and that is the culture I intend to foster.

I am honored to serve as president and excited about the road ahead. Together, we will continue building an organization that supports our industry, our people and the relationships that make PVF Roundtable special.
