Unplanned maintenance underway at Tesoro L.A. refinery
Tesoro on Monday said it was performing unplanned maintenance at the Carson portion of its Los Angeles refinery, Reuters reports. Tesoro completed other unplanned work at the refinery last week. The company also said unplanned maintenance was continuing at the Wilmington portion of the Los Angeles refinery.
