Tesoro Corp. today announced it hired former Kraft Foods Group executive Kim K.W. Rucker to be its new executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. Charles Parrish, who has served as Tesoro’s general counsel since 2005, is planning to retire.
Rucker served as executive vice president, corporate and legal affairs, general counsel and corporate secretary at Kraft from 2012 to 2015. She previously served as senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer for Avon Products and held senior management positions at Energy Future Holdings Corp. and Kimberly-Clark Corp.
