HOUSTON — The Hi-Force TWG range of mechanical torque multipliers offers output torque capacities from 50 to 10,000 Newton meters with multiplication ratios of 1-to-4, 1-to-5, 1-to-5.5, 1-to-16, 1-to-18 and 1-to-28.5. Available in a choice of six models, the torque multipliers incorporate a high-performance aluminum housing, making them ideal for use in bolting applications in several industries including energy, construction, railways, ship building, machinery and plant engineering, and heavy-vehicle workshops. Available models range from 950 to 7,330 foot pounds.
All models are fitted with an offset reaction arm while TWG40, TWG60 and TWG100 are also fitted with anti-wind-up ratchet and nondestructive “slipper” overload safety mechanism for gear protection.
