AUSTIN, Texas — The Texas Chemical Council (TCC) recently appointed Patrick Tarlton director of government affairs. Tarlton has extensive legislative experience having served as government affairs manager for American Electric Power for two legislative sessions. Tarlton joined the Council in July and will have responsibility for legislative and regulatory activities.
