Luca Balbo, Dow’s global director of operations for industrial, intermediates and infrastructure envelope, has been named chair of the Louisiana Chemical Association (LCA) Board of Directors.
Known for driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams and delivering sustainable business results, Balbo will focus on strengthening industry engagement, support and understanding across Louisiana communities.
