IRVING, Texas — Darren W. Woods has been elected president of Exxon Mobil Corp. and a member of the board of directors.
He joined Exxon Co. International in 1992. In 2012, he was appointed president of ExxonMobil Refining & Supply Co. and a vice president (vp) of the corporation. He most recently served as senior vp of the corporation.
