A Magellan Midstream Partners pipeline spilled about 1,000 barrels of crude oil in rural Oklahoma last Thursday. Via the Associated Press, the pipeline was quickly shut down and the oil was contained. Magellan said no injuries or water contamination occurred. A company spokesman said excavation by another party caused damaged to the pipeline.
The pipeline stretches from Enid to Ponca City, Oklahoma.
