Dow Chemical on Monday completed the acquisition of Chemours’ aniline facility in Beaumont, Texas. Chemours will continue to supply Dow with additional aniline from its Pascagoula, Mississippi, site.
Delaware-based Chemours is a global supplier of chemical ingredients that owns the Teflon brand, among others.
