Huntsman has no plans for a turnaround at its Port Neches, Texas, MTBE plant in 2016, Platts reports. Extended planned maintenance at the plant contributed to a 75% fall in Huntsman’s profits in the second quarter of this year. Huntsman also conducted maintenance at Port Neches in October and November after electrical issues led to several unit shutdowns.
