Two employees were injured Monday in an explosion at SouthCross Energy’s gas plant in Frio County, Texas. Via KENS in San Antonio, a worker was unloading a tanker when the explosion occurred. He was airlifted to a San Antonio hospital, but his condition was not known. A female employee was also injured and taken to a hospital, but she is expected to be OK.
