Axiall has named Timothy Mann CEO and president — a position he has held on an interim basis since July. Mann previously served as executive vice president of strategy, general counsel and secretary and became interim CEO after Paul Carrico retired. Mann joined Axiall in 2012 and helped steer the formation of a joint venture with Lotte Chemical that is building a $2 billion ethane cracker in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
