• Over a seven-year period, developed and delivered customized training for all console operators at 11 globally located refineries for one of the world’s premium international oil companies.
• Developed and delivered a custom leadership and change management program; as a result, the customer was ranked the fourth best place to work (up from 12th place) and experienced 10-percent increase in employee trust and 6-percent increase in retention.
