Phillips 66 has pushed back planned maintenance on a sulfur recovery unit at its Borger, Texas, refinery, Reuters reports. The work on the unit was originally scheduled to begin today. Last week the company started maintenance on two FCCUs and a boiler at the refinery. That work is set to run through Sept. 9.
